Meet Our Presenter: Dr. Phillip โ€œPhilโ€ Cromer

Dr. Cromer is the Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health Association in Indian River County, where he has served since 2020 and became CEO in 2021. A licensed Florida Psychologist, he has expanded MHAโ€™s programs and is recognized for providing accessible, high-quality care.

With a career spanning leadership at Florida Atlantic University, private practice, and the VA Medical Center, Dr. Cromer brings expertise in youth mental health, veteransโ€™ care, and program development for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and identity issues. He also serves as the Psychologist for the 19th Judicial Circuit Mental Health Court.
