Meet Our Presenter: Dr. Phillip “Phil” Cromer

Dr. Cromer is the Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health Association in Indian River County, where he has served since 2020 and became CEO in 2021. A licensed Florida Psychologist, he has expanded MHA’s programs and is recognized for providing accessible, high-quality care.

With a career spanning leadership at Florida Atlantic University, private practice, and the VA Medical Center, Dr. Cromer brings expertise in youth mental health, veterans’ care, and program development for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and identity issues. He also serves as the Psychologist for the 19th Judicial Circuit Mental Health Court.
