Big thanks to the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce for the Business at Breakfast event yesterday!

Regardless of experience and confidence, it's always a little (or a lot) daunting to put yourself out there with a new group 🫣

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so very welcoming! I appreciate the kindness that was shown to me 🥰

I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee from Coffee House 1420 and learning more about the Indian River Habitat for Humanity and all they do for our community.

As much as I love my business, sometimes I need to take a step back and focus on family and friends. I’m on my way back home back to Vero and am reflecting on the past 10 days. I got to see Metallica live in the stadium of my Alma Mater, Virginia Tech 🤘🧡 Something we’ve talked about for 25 years and didn’t really think it would actually happen! As exciting as that was, the main purpose of our visit was to celebrate our first born 🧑‍🎓I couldn’t be more proud and am excited to see what the future holds for my Hokie Alum. As a parent - the days are often long, but the years are super short. It’s so important to take time to reconnect with your purpose and to surround yourself with people you love and who love you. I’m back in my office this week, ready to help you heal in whatever way works best for you. Hit me up if you’re tired of being in pain, need some time to reset or are ready to take a big step in your healing 🥰
