East Coast Clinical Services, Inc. We are locally owned & operate a full service laboratory for medical testing. We pride ourselves on being friendly, quick and effcient.

East Coast Clinical is a locally owned lab by a proud U S Veteran(Navy Corpsman 1966-1970) and his wife. We think it is important to help our community and that is why we offer special pricing every Wednesday, during our Health fair. On that day patients are able to get routine lab test, without a doctors order and results go directly to the patient. We also have a Pediatric Draw Room. We are "Your Friendly Neighborhood Lab."
