Come practice with Katie 🩵

A new week of practice begins tomorrow. 🩵

There’s space this week to strengthen, soften, breathe, and simply be human for a little while.

As the tides shift, so does the schedule. Chair Yoga is settling into a few new spaces this week, including a new Thursday afternoon practice at Luna Sol. And Saturday’s gathering is becoming The Saturday Chair Practice — the same welcoming community, the same gentle movement, simply meeting more bodies exactly where they are.
