All services offered by Life With Abracadebra are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients. When a session or class is cancelled by the client without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this the full session or class fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 48 hours advance notice. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session, the fee paid can be used for a future appointment. Late Arrival
Services delivered in-person or virtual will be delivered at the time and place we have agreed. If you are late to your session by any amount of time, it will still finish at the prearranged time and this time is not refundable. Emergencies
Very occasionally, emergencies may make it impossible for us to deliver a session as agreed. Normally we would have advised you in advance if this is likely, but in any event we would let you know as soon as possible if a session needs to be cancelled. If we cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered where possible.
