Svaroopa Yoga class tomorrow will focus on a releasing tensions in the upper spine so that you can move that area with ease. This is the focus for May. Let me know if you would like to attend class. If you are new to svaroopa yoga I would suggest 2-3 private sessions before joining class.

Hi Everyone, just want you to know I am still here. I am teaching Svaroopa yoga on line. Let me know if you are interested as I will do a private session or teach you the basics in 4 sessions. People are loving zoom because they can still do their yoga!
