Have you ever noticed how quickly frustration can bubble up—sometimes out of nowhere? Whether it shows up in traffic, at work, in parenting moments, or in relationships, anger often masks something deeper.
It’s easy to label anger as “bad” or something we need to control—but what if we paused and got curious instead?
