VLu Fitness celebrated Nutley Women’s History month at a Sip and Shop venue at along with other women owned businesses. VLu Fitness had a Personal Training Grand Prize and Runner Up Prize. The drawing was performed by Soccer Players Julia and Chloe who strength train and balance out their training with VLu Fitness Studio in Verona, NJ.
