I received my training at the Virginia School of Massage. With 23 years in the field, I am highly qualified and bring to the Spa an outstanding skill set and integrated approach. I thrive in the medical/chiropractic setting offering therapeutic massage to help people manage their stress and achieve relief from chronic pain. f both worlds. I have a B.A. in Art, nationally certified, certified with the Virginia Board of Nursing and am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). In 2013 I completed a two year program and obtained certification in the Art and Science of Integrative Energetic Medicine from Whitewinds Institute of Integrative Energetic Medicine. In 2003 I was awarded the Humanitarian Award from the AMTA Virginia Chapter for nine years of volunteer service with Relay For Life. In my spare time I enjoy reading mystery novels, going to the movies and spending time with my family.
