Certain forces don't want us doing this because they know how powerful it can be for masses of people meditating on peace together. ✨️

Research on the “Maharishi Effect” found that when just 1% of a population practices meditation, there can be measurable decreases in crime rates, violence, and societal stress.

Let that land for a second...

Meditation does not need to be complicated either. And you don't need to be "good" at it.

Just 5 mins of visualizing or thinking about a more peaceful, or nothing at all, if that's more helpful.
