Our student athletes are working hard in the offseason
BUT with that there are also many that are heading into the summer already battling tightness, soreness, overuse aches and pains and even fighting the nagging spring injury.
Summer Training, cross country, camps, lifting, football, baseball, golf, basketball and volleyball conditioning seasons are right around the corner. This gives us the prime opportunity to focus and work on

The expectation of these young athletes is as high as it has ever been and unfortunately they often times wait until pain becomes severe enough to sideline them. Our number one goal is to keep athletes healthy and, in the game, looking to prevent injuries before they happen.
