There’s a “dead body” on the floor…

Not me ignoring the crime scene because the real emergency is that posture. 😅

Once a PT, always a PT.

Happy International Women’s Day 2026! 💐

This year’s theme is Give To Gain, a powerful reminder that when we give, we gain. Together, let’s help forge gender equality through abundant giving.

The IWD 2026 Give To Gain Campaign encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. It emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support when people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase.

Giving is not a subtraction. It’s intentional multiplication. When women thrive, we all rise.

Whether through donations, knowledge, resources, infrastructure, visibility, advocacy, education, training, mentoring, or time, contributing to women’s advancement helps create a more supportive and interconnected world.

Let’s continue to uplift, empower, and invest in women everywhere. ✨

Plantar fasciitis isn’t just a foot problem. 🦶 It’s connected to your lower leg muscles, especially your calves and posterior tibialis. These muscles help support your arch and control how your foot hits the ground.

When they’re weak or tired, your plantar fascia takes on extra stress, which can lead to irritation and pain. By strengthening your lower legs, you improve how forces move through your foot and ankle, easing strain on the plantar fascia over time. 💪

That’s why rehab for plantar fasciitis isn’t just about stretching, it’s about treating the root of the problem.

💬 Have you tried lower-leg strengthening before? We’d love to hear your experience!

A lot of people think sports rehab starts and ends on a treatment table. 🛋️ But that’s just the beginning.

Hands-on treatment helps reduce pain and restore movement early on, but real sports physiotherapy happens when rehab moves into strength work, balance training, and sport-specific drills. ⚡🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

The goal isn’t just to feel better lying down. It’s to make sure your body can handle the demands of your sport, such as sprinting, cutting, jumping, or changing direction. 🏀⚽🎾

Sports PT is about returning to play with confidence, control, and resilience, not just getting off the table. 🙌

Know someone who’s coming back from an injury? Tag them below 👇 and let them know there’s more to rehab than the table!

Wendy’s favorite stretch, and once you try it, you’ll see why.

It looks simple, but it’s doing a lot behind the scenes 👀

The figure 4 position helps to:
✅ Open up tight hips and glutes
✅ Improve core and pelvic control
✅ Support low back comfort
✅ Build strength and stability together

By keeping the core engaged while the hips move, your body learns how to stay steady instead of compensating. This isn’t just stretching for the sake of stretching, it’s about moving with intention.

Are you doing this? Share your thoughts or experience in the comments 💬

Some people will tell you that physical therapy is optional.

But if your body is in pain, stiff, or not moving the way it should, listening to that advice can hold you back.

Physical therapy helps your body move better, heal safely, and get back to the life you want. 💪

You don’t have to push through pain alone. We’re here to guide you. 🤝
