Join us at the The Upper Room Cafe for a 6 week Group Study to see what God's Word says about our bodies and how God wants us to treat them. 6:30pm beginning next Monday, April 22nd.

This is an ACTION REQUIRED accountability study group. We will have group and leader support to guide you in making new lifestyle changes to support you in your health journey!

Along with the study we recommend the book "The Daniel Plan - 40 Days to a Healthier Life" as well as a new notebook or journal and pen or pencil.

The group will watch a video together, discuss, and participate in short activities during the meetings. The book will be used to assist in a deeper level of study to go along with the videos.
