Wherever you are. (Even if you are alone, and enjoying the company. Doing the next caring thing for you or someone else. Staying on a path to joy.)
Comfortable or not. (Staying in the moment…you are ok…
Grounding…breathing…thinking…feeling…)
Reminding yourself you are ok…Repeat.
