When you have a setback — pause and reflect. 🌿
Setbacks are part of the healing journey. That’s how growth works.
If everything were smooth and easy, everyone would be on a path of transformation. But real healing — whether it’s emotional, hormonal, or physical — comes with moments that test your patience and your faith.
The point isn’t if you’ll have a setback, but what you’ll do when it happens.
My number one piece of advice? Pause and reflect.
When you take a moment to pause instead of pushing through or giving up, you create space to understand what your body and mind are trying to tell you. That pause builds resilience and awareness — two things that keep you moving forward with intention instead of frustration.
It also helps you avoid falling into self-blame or discouragement, which can easily derail even the most committed person.
