✨ OPEN HOUSE
We are thrilled to be celebrating over a year in business here at Core Essentials Physical Therapy! We are hosting an open house Thursday October 24, 2024 5PM-6PM and inviting EVERYONE! We would love everyone to come check out our space and meet the providers who care so much about Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy!

You may ask yourself what the heck is Pelvic Floor PT and why would I ever need such a thing? Come learn and ask questions. Pelvic Floor PT is a niche branch of Physical Therapy. There are very limited providers in our area. Share our post and let your friends and family know about our open house. We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet the hearts behind the clinic 🌿

Sarah Knerl PTA

Sarah holds a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She began her career as a PTA in 2014 at UHS. It is here she became Sportsmetrics certified and assisted in developing a universal return to sport protocol.

In 2017 she moved to Vail, CO and was hired by Howard Head Sports Medicine where she had the pleasure of working with some of the worlds most prestigious surgical groups such as The Steadman Clinic.

It was in 2019 she began working with a wonderful mentor to specialize in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy where she recognized the significant role the Pelvic Floor plays in rehab and sport. She has since dedicated her career to Pelvic Health by undergoing extensive training through Herman and Wallace Institute, as well as continuing education through Julie Wiebe on Female Athletes and Pelvic Floor Rehab.

She is passionate about Pelvic PT to allow an active lifestyle for all. She is an outdoor enthusiast who loves running, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring new places!

Jennifer Cobb PT, DPT, PRPC

Jennifer graduated for SUNY Cortland Summa cm laude in 2009 with a bachelors of science in Kinesiology and with honors from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2013 with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

After practicing for several years as an orthopedic PT Jen was inspired by her sister’s journey through postpartum rehab in 2018. Recognizing the important role the Pelvic Floor plays even within traditional orthopedic treatment she decided to specialize in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. She trained under numerous international leaders in pelvic health through the Herman and Wallace Institute where she completed her certification as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC). In 2021 she also started to dedicate her career to the field of Pelvic Health PT as a regular teachers assistant though the H&W Institute.
