Happy Mother's Day today...to all who mother!

Moms, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, friends, neighbors, teachers, babysitters, and more.
There are likely a few women who have played a significant role in our lives.
So today, pause in gratitude for a moment to recognize those who have played a supportive role at any point in your life.

And as women, we may have played a supportive role in the lives of others as well.
Pause to name those who you may have mothered, loved, listened to, guided, fed, advised, nurtured, and more.

I hope the kind of care you give to others is also the kind of care that you extend to yourself.
The mothering, loving, listening, guiding, feeding, advising, nurturing, and more.
Do you shower yourself with self-care?
Because today is a special day and you deserve it.
(Really every day is deserving of self-care, but let's begin with today.)

And if others shower you with love and care, appreciate and enjoy that as well! You deserve it!
