💕 I will help guide you through safe and effective ways to massage. Learning specific verbal cues will help create a better way to communicate your needs. Learning safe body mechanics as a giver will help your partner fully receive.

Call your besties over and lets create our vision together.

Me and my girlfriends talk about the wonderful dreams we envision all the time. However the, "ya-butts" always get in the way.

Here is a fun way to help each other stay motivated, while lifting each other up and reach our goals.
This time that we will spend together is more than just bringing our visions to life on a board. It's a fun way to learn how to step out of our comfort zone with confidence. We will learn how to stop making excuses and take action on a daily basis. There is nothing more that helps boost my mood with the comfort and support of my besties by my side.
