Naos Physical and Occupational Therapy Naos Physical and Occupational Therapy is a PT and OT Clinic located in the Birmingham Wrestling Complex behind the Vestavia Bowling Alley on Highway 31.

Rob Gray, PT, DPT, CFC, and Aonya Gray, MS, OTR/L are the owners and therapists. Our clinic offers general and specialized physical therapy services in the area of TMJ disorders, pain, and migraines. Rob is a certified Craniofacial Therapist. We work with patients to create an individualized plan of care that includes manual therapeutic treatment, corrective exercises, and instruction in self-treatment. We also offer pediatric occupational therapy services with specialities in the areas of developmental delay, feeding disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. With over 13 years of experience in pediatrics and feeding, Aonya enjoys joining families as they focus on their child's developmental progress, feeding progression and empowering parents and children to reach their fullest potential in daily activities.
