We are looking to hire an Account Compliance Manager for 2nd shift.
Position Summary:
The Account Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of cleaning services performed by commercial crews during night operations. This role involves inspecting facilities after crews have completed their work, verifying compliance with client expectations and company standards, and providing feedback to both staff and management to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct nightly inspections of assigned commercial facilities to evaluate cleaning quality and adherence to contract specifications.
Document inspection findings, note deficiencies, and communicate corrective actions to site supervisors or cleaning staff.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
Provide coaching and support to cleaning teams to improve performance and consistency.
Report facility conditions, supply needs, and maintenance issues to management.
Build positive relationships with clients and address concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in janitorial operations, quality control, or facility management preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit multiple sites as needed
