This new exercise program is a lot of fun. We might be moving but mostly laughing! Join us for the kickoff of this program in January. Everyone can do it. All exercises are from a seated position.

Every year we are excited to fill 100 Christmas stockings from Grace Place for the children in the Bessemer area. Thank you residents, there will be some happy children when they open their stockings. Rebecca crocheted 50 hats for the children.
