As they say in New Orleans, we “pass” a good time at Mardi Gras! The beads were flying when the residents yelled. “Throw me something, mister!” If you were not dancing to Cajun music, your foot was tapping to the beat. “Laissez les bons temps rouler.” Let the good times roll!

Love was definitely in the air at Cahaba Ridge on February 14. Valentine’s Day was absolutely fantastic! The meal that Chef Jay and his culinary staff prepared was outstanding and our servers are second to none. Thank you Kara for the beautiful music.
