At Cahaba Ridge, exercise is a daily event. On Monday, we have yoga and strength training. On Tuesday, it's Cardio Drumming. On Wednesday, Ryan from Therapy South leads a balance class. On Thursday, we have a class on how to use the fitness machines. On Friday, we take a walk, either inside or outside our community. There is something for everyone. We are saving a seat for YOU!
