Four years. Feels like just yesterday Kate and I was signing those papers, and here we are… ✨

🔄 A name change (Aug 21 — yep, today’s our birthday 🎉)

🔥 Sauna with infrared, red light therapy, chromotherapy, halo therapy + aromatherapy
💆 Massage room with Paul Wolff
🎶 Countless workshops & playlists
🧘 New teachers & endless memories

All this while raising a teen, a pr***en, and juggling a hubby who travels a ton. 🫠

But truth? I couldn’t do any of this without my team — the real backbone of Rise + Refine. People ask if I’m the owner and I always hesitate, because this studio isn’t about one person. It’s about the community, the students, and the incredible staff who show up every week bringing new ideas, joy, and love into this space.

And thank you for all the grace and patience you give me when I’m fumbling with technology 🙃 One day I’ll get it… until then, hang in there with me.
