You need to eat well to perform and heal, in a way that supports the optimal function of your body, metabolism, and brain which doesn’t come from restrictive diets. Joint mobility matters in your overall performance but it mostly matters in keeping you out of or preventing pain. Using exercises that are corrective in nature and for your body, you will reduce pain and discomfort but also set yourself up to tone the places you don’t like and strengthen yourself overall. So those are the 3 areas that we focus on to help you exercise outside of pain and eat well to enjoy life and be happy again. This is our signature combination of joint mobility, corrective exercise, and flexible dieting that has been proven to work over and over again with our members. I NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT

I have a question for you...

When is the last time you made a positive life-changing decision? How long did it take you to make that decision?
ㅤㅤ
I'm challenging you to really think about this one.

Because I can almost guarantee that the best, most powerful decisions you made in life are the ones that happened quickly, if not instantly.
ㅤ
And possibly, some of your greatest regrets in life resulted from "I need to think about it."

You see, the phrase "I need to think about it" is simply a delay tactic to put off something we KNOW in our hearts we NEED to pursue.

"Thinking about it" gives us time to talk ourselves out of commitment, greatness, and achievement. It's the space we use to determine we don't have the time, energy, money, etc.

The truth is that we don't "think about it"...we think of reasons "why not."

Between a quick reflection on your gut and past experience, there's enough information inside of you that if you just trust yourself, it will lead you to the right decision.

Don't get me wrong, there's something to be said for making slower decisions and weighing your options...like which house to buy, what kind of company to start, whether or not you're ready to have a child...

But when it comes to simple decisions, think about it...for a few seconds...then commit one way or the other.

If you KNOW you want to feel better... if you feel stuck in some way in your life, and/or you know things need to change... then jump on it when the opportunity presents itself!

I'm here to help people who want change and who also want to be helped. I can't help those who need to "think about it" because they're just not ready.

But when they are, it's incredible what's possible.

HOW WE GOT RESULTS DURING A PANDEMIC

Even though it was difficult to navigate the uncharted territory of a pandemic... we still did it.

As a coach I was in a position to make the best possible decisions for not only myself but for my whole facility...

in this decision making process I knew one thing...

that we were going to keep going no matter what.

I decided that a pandemic is not a reason to stop our nutrition and exercise programs. If fact, it became a time that it was needed even more.

It may just be one of the best decisions we've made for our members.

Here's why...

In our post covid fitness testing we tested the entire facility looking at

👉🏼 strength
👉🏼 fitness level
👉🏼 body composition
👉🏼 health questions answered by the member

every single one of our members tested equivalent to their level pre-covid.. or better!

It's a complete testament to the power of being consistent and staying on your journey no matter what.

I mean… We just kept going.

Our members have shown increased strength and fitness capacity, same or better numbers in weight and body fat. As well as a greater sense of purpose and happiness post covid.

I wanted to share this with you because it's a very important example of staying the path and taking care of your health even when you have a perfect excuse not to.
