Join us to discuss how the adolescent brain and rapid developmental changes shape teen behavior. We will reframe behavior as communication—shifting from defiance to underlying skill gaps, stress, and dysregulation.

With this change in perspective, parenting moves from control and punishment to connection, teaching, and skill-building to reduce conflict and power struggles- and discipline effectively.

We will learn how to build the 7 Cs of resilience—competence, confidence, connection, character, contribution, coping, and control—so teens can grow into capable, independent, and resilient young adults.

Real strategies. Real understanding. Real change.
