It is with many mixed emotions that I announce that tonight at 6pm will be the last class at The Yoga Shop for quite a while. It has been such a WONDERFUL journey and I hope that everyone who stopped in was benefitted in some way. Thank you to everyone who has taken this journey with me, all my regulars, and everyone who just stopped by. Thanks especially to my fellow teachers, Leah Howell Wheeless Fawn Mccleave- Francis Laura Marie Norwood Caldwell who helped me bring yoga into the mainstream in Vicksburg, MS, love ya'll! And thanks to the City of Vicksburg for supporting us! I hope that in the future, when the time is right, we can reopen and help bring strength, flexibility, and meditation to the great city of Vicksburg!

Please come by tonight and enjoy a nice gentle flow to get our mind and body right for the coming weeks!
