If you have been to the office over the past 2 weeks you likely met Dr Claire - a third year resident physician and URMC getting ready to become an Attending in Primary Care. It was so wonderful to have a P*P reach out with a desire to complete an elective rotation at our headache clinic - with the ultimate goal being better care for her patients. She recognized the significance of headaches and how disabling they really can be and wants to make a difference for her patients. Thank you so much Dr Claire - for both believing in us and trusting me to play a small role in helping you prepare to be the BEST provider you can be for your patients. They will be lucky to have you!!

We now have 2 infusion rooms!!! We have exponentially increased the amount of infusions we are doing and often would have to decline helping someone who needed an IV cocktail because our single pump was already in use and we only had one room. My cutest helper Jack and I moved the office around today and we now are able to accommodate to IV infusions at a time! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It is SO important to LISTEN to your patients!

I'm not a physician and a physician is not necessary to find this - you just need to see a PROVIDER who listens and has an index of suspicion because they have knowledge to know about this!

Unfortunately - you don't know what you don't know and then patients suffer the consequences!

FREE HOT GRAB AND GO MEAL

With the government shutdown people are at risk of losing SNAP benefits starting November 1. We do not want to see anyone go hungry or out their children to bed with an empty stomach! We are offering free hot lunch starting next week - crockpot soup and simple sandwich. Calling the office ahead would be SUPER helpful but walks in welcome until we run out! Please show this to someone you know if they are truly in need of a meal! No questions asked - we assume if you're coming you are in need ❤️❤️❤️❤️
