Trianna comes with 3 years of experience working at the VA. She is very excited to be joining this amazing team! She’s passionate about what she does and takes pride in showing up, working hard, and making people feel welcome and supported. Whether it’s helping others or keeping things running smoothly, she brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic every day.

Trianna is also a mom which is most important to her. She cherishes the little every day moments just as much as the big moments.

**PART TIME BILLER NEEDED**

Estimated to be about 20 hours per week. Job duties will include scrubbing notes/claims before they go out, posting payments, doing claim corrections, appeal denials, calling insurance companies as needed, monitoring for claim rejections, reviewing open item charges, reviewing bank deposits for reimbursement.

I am also in need of a bookkeeper - so you if you do both it would be additional hours each month for bookkeeping!

MUST BE CERTIFIED AND HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE! You will be the ONLY billing specialist in the office. Medent experience preferred but you will do Medent training! Looking to start ASAP!

I am so happy to share that Jenna Gonillo-Davis, ACNPC-AG, CCRN will be joining the practice on May 1, 2026!!! Jenna brings with her 8 years of experience as a senior APP in NeuroICU, followed by 2 years of experience with Pain Management. She has co-authored publications on intracranial hypertension and has presented on several topics related to advanced practice and neurocritical care. She will make an excellent addition to the practice and we cannot wait for you to meet her!

SEEKING NP OR HEADACHE SPECIALIST/NEUROLOGIST

Very busy (private practice) comprehensive headache clinic located in the Rochester area. We treat all types of headaches and facial pain through various methods: prescription medication, BOTOX, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, IV treatments, referrals to other specialties as needed. We have two infusion chairs in our office and also treat patients on an urgent basis so they can avoid going to the emergency room. We work closely with other neurologists who do not perform IV or injection therapy, as well as offer second opinions when requested!

For anyone who wants to specialize in headache this is an amazing opportunity! We are experiencing rapid growth and have a fantastic relationship with our community of patients and providers! We typically get between 60-90 referrals each month and that number continues to grow.

In honor of Alex Pretti - a true hero. His life and death need to be acknowledged.

As a healthcare provider, fellow nurse, and human being I am deeply saddened by the senseless loss of Alex Pretti, RN. He spent his time caring for critically ill veterans at the Minneapolis VA - undoubtedly saving lives regularly. He gave his life coming to the aide of a woman being assaulted on the street, the same thing that the vast majority of us would have done. May he rest in peace and may we put an end to violence against our neighbors.
