Sundari will be in house teaching a semester of functional vibrant yoga not only for the aging population but for everyone curious on aging with integrity, vitality and anatomical alignment. These classes will empower you to listen to the uniqueness of your bodies intelligence as well as the universal alignment imprinted in your bones. We just had a special guest last week in the studio, my mama Carol visiting from Iowa. 🥰

She enjoyed the Wednesday Therapeutic class and the Sunday Reset class with Jordan, as well as a private Sound Bath, Reiki and a singing concert with my friends. This along with daily walks in the woods, playing with Teddy and enjoying nature documentaries, she left saying that she felt more like herself. :) :)

Cool down with a Restorative Yoga Sound Bath with Kari💦

Unwind, de-stress and replenish yourself with restorative yoga postures and sound therapy. Restorative Yoga postures are held for 10 - 20 min each, supported by props, to down-regulate your parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn supports your immune system, lowers stress levels, releases tension and calms your mind. While resting in the supported postures, Kari will guide you through a sound bath with her singing bowls, chanting, chimes and magic.

I love hosting private yoga/sound baths for women’s groups🫶

This beautiful group of women hike together, float down rivers together, and encourage each other to be their true selves. It was an honor to hold space for them as they “stepped into the flow and let go.” 💦
