Squeaks and does a little dance! 🐭🕺

If you’re going to celebrate the King, you have to do it with his absolute favorite—but with a little Zen Medicine twist. I call this the "Blue Suede Shoes" Sandwich. It’s salty, sweet, and will have you feeling like royalty!

👑 The "Zen-Style" Elvis Sandwich
Prep time: 10 minutes (plus a little time to melt your butter) Servings: 1 lucky human

Ingredients:

2 slices of thick white bread (Elvis liked it soft!)

2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

1 small ripe banana, mashed or sliced thin

2-3 slices of crispy bacon (Elvis was a fan, but you can skip if you're a veggie mouse!)

1 tsp honey 🍯

The "Zen" Secret: A few drops of your favorite Zen Medicine Tincture OR a small amount of RSO (Rick Simpson Oil).

2 tbsp butter (for frying)

🐾 Instructions:
The Infusion: Scoop your peanut butter into a tiny bowl. Add your desired dose of tincture or RSO and stir it up really well. This ensures every bite is "All Shook Up" with goodness! 🌿

The Assembly: Spread your infused peanut butter on one slice of bread. On the other slice, spread your mashed (or sliced) bananas.

The Salty Kick: Lay your crispy bacon over the bananas and drizzle that honey right on top. Close the sandwich tight!

The Sizzle: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. (Don't go too hot! We want to protect those cannabinoids).

The Golden Glow: Fry the sandwich on both sides until it's perfectly golden brown and the peanut butter is starting to ooze out the sides like a delicious lava flow.

The Finish: Slice it diagonally (mouse-style), let it cool for a minute, and enjoy your trip to Graceland!

⚠️ Mouse Caution: Remember, when you eat your cannabis, it takes a little longer to kick in—usually 60-90 minutes. Don't be a "Hound Dog" and eat a second one too fast!

Adjusts my tiny pompadour and straightens my rhinestone collar 🐭🕺

Squeak! Today is a big one for music lovers and dreamers alike. We’re celebrating the birthday of the one and only Elvis Presley! While most of us are tucked away in our "nests" avoiding the January chill, the King’s legacy is still making the world shake, rattle, and roll.

Elvis wasn't just a singer; he was a phenomenon who changed the way we listen to music and even the way we dress (though I personally find his jumpsuits a bit heavy for scurrying).

🎸 Did You Know? (Mouse-Sized Trivia):
The Natural Look: You might know him for his jet-black hair, but Elvis was actually born a natural blond! He started darkening it as a teenager (sometimes using shoe polish in the early days!) to get that signature rebellious look. 🕵️‍♂️

The "Twin" Connection: Elvis was actually a twin! His identical brother, Jesse Garon, was stillborn 35 minutes before Elvis arrived. Throughout his life, Elvis often spoke about the connection he felt to his "missing half."

Montana Moment: Did you know Elvis only visited Montana one time? In 1958, his train stopped in the town of Troy for about 30 minutes. He hopped off, chatted with a few lucky local teens, asked "Where am I?", and then went on his way. 🏔️🚂

Black Belt Moves: Elvis wasn't just swinging his hips for show—he was a 7th-degree black belt in Karate! He used his martial arts training to inspire his legendary stage moves. 🥋💥

The "Elvis" Sandwich: His favorite snack was the legendary Peanut Butter, Banana, and Bacon sandwich—fried in plenty of butter, of course. (If I found a crumb of that under the counter, I’d be set for a month!) 🥪🥓

Elvis’s life was all about breaking boundaries and bringing people together through rhythm and soul. Whether you’re a fan of his early rockabilly days or his flashy Vegas years, there’s no denying the King had a "Burning Love" for life.

In honor of the King, stop by Zen Medicine today and ask the humans for a strain that’ll have you feeling "All Shook Up" in the best way! 🌿✨

Are you a "Heartbreak Hotel" fan or more of a "Suspicious Minds" person? Drop your favorite Elvis song in the comments! 🐾🎶
