When treating head lice it is very important to get out all the nits. They are very small and hard to remove.
Comb B: Is the better most effective life comb. It's made out of metal so it's very durable and has grooves to grasps nits off the hair shaft.
Comb A: is used Most often but is not effective at all. The comb is made out of plastic so it breaks easily.
Comb C: Is not so bad of a comb it's made out of metal which is very durable but teeth don't grasps nits so you end up leaving alot still in your hair.
