Feeling good in your body is completely undervalued in our society. While we are not promised good feelings all the time, you can take steps to feel better in the body you live in.
A first step could be a short walk, side-to-side head movement or even coming to a yoga session. I promise it will be worth it! And my sweet client Susan agrees!

Even our imperfect way, knowing God will use us:
🙏May we be living sacrifices.
🙏May we be transformed by the renewing of our minds.
🙏May we discern what is the good, pleasing and perfect will of God.

Such a peaceful end to our practice and start to our day🧘‍♀️🌅

And, yes, that’s my homeschooled child joining us for our final relaxation.

As you embark on a movement journey, the goal often evolves. For many, what began as a quest for physical transformation unfolds into a profound pursuit of intimacy with Jesus. We still cultivate strength, flexibility, and serenity, but more remarkably, we learn to quiet our hearts and listen to the gentle whispers of the Holy Spirit, guiding us towards a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. 💫
