I had the absolute best time presenting for Career Day at O'Connor Elementary School and Industrial Elementary West! 🏫✨

As a Licensed Psychological Associate, my "why" has always been my younger brother, Gage, who is autistic. Growing up with him inspired me to create safe, supportive spaces for families to understand their loved ones and find the resources they need to thrive.

Getting to share that passion with students from Kindergarten through 5th grade was incredibly special. We talked about the importance of taking care of our mental health and asking for help when we need it and how we can use science-backed tools to find out what makes each person's brain a superstar. 🧠🧩

Thank you so much to the staff, teachers, and students at both schools for welcoming me and allowing me to share a little bit about the wonderful world of psychology. The future is bright with these young minds! 🌟

My journey in the field of psychology began at Baylor University, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology in 2010 and M.S. in Clinical Psychology in 2012. After years of training in community mental health and private practice, I became independently licensed in 2017.

While I specialize in assessing and treating things like Autism, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, learning differences, and trauma, my goal is to help you understand the why behind your emotions and behaviors.
