Our community gathered to enjoy mouthwatering chicken green chili enchiladas paired with Mexican rice and homemade refried beans-topped with cilantro picked straight from our own garden. There's nothing better than great food, fresh ingredients, and sharing a meal together!🌱

Our community rang in the New Year with a festive New Year’s Eve social filled with delicious appetizers, sparkling champagne, and plenty of smiles and laughter!

The joy, the conversations, and the shared moments made it a truly special celebration. It was a wonderful way to toast to new beginnings and a year ahead filled with happiness and togetherness 💙

Today we kicked off the New Year with best way we know how-around the table, sharing comfort food made with love!💖

Our residents enjoyed a hearty New Year's🎆 meal featuring tender beef pot roast, Black-Eyes Peas, cabbage, sweet potatoes, and homemade cornbread. Every dish was served with a purpose and tradition:

Black-Eyed Peas symbolize good luck, wealth, and prosperity
Sweet potatoes represent nourishment, sweetness, and abundance
Cabbage stands for wealth, prosperity, and good fortune
Beef Pot Roast symbolizes strength, abundance, and family unity

A meal filled with meaning, memories, and smiles as we welcome a year of blessings ahead! 🍀
