February is National Gallbladder and Bile Duct Cancer Awareness Month 💚

These rare cancers often show few symptoms in early stages, which makes awareness so important. Knowing the signs, such as abdominal pain, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), unexplained weight loss, or persistent nausea, can help with earlier detection and treatment.

If you or a loved one are experiencing concerning symptoms, don’t wait to talk to your healthcare provider. Early action can make a difference.

Citizens Radiation Oncology team had the honor of receiving a very special gift from two incredible 6th-grade students from Nazareth Academy. 💙

Anna M. and Hayden W. spent their recess time creating beautiful artwork to help uplift patients at the Kathryn O'Connor Regional Cancer Center. 🎨

This artwork will be signed by our oncology patients when they complete their treatment and ring the bell, a powerful moment that represents strength, perseverance, and hope. 🔔✨

We are so grateful to Anna and Hayden for their selfless hearts, and to Mrs. Nanette Berger, NA Art Teacher, for helping guide this wonderful project.
