“Opening this center has been such an exciting journey,” Paige Hoyer Williams, Moh’s Surgery and Dermatology Center doctor, said. “Citizens Medical Center had a vision to expand specialty care here in Victoria, and I was honored to be part of making that happen. From designing a space that supports both precision surgery and patient comfort, to assembling the right team and technology, every step was taken with the community in mind. The result is a clinic where patients can receive advanced skin cancer surgery and dermatology care without having to leave home.”

“If patients sought physical therapy earlier in the process, we could address the underlying movement dysfunctions and muscle or joint impairments that cause and worsen injuries. This early intervention often leads to better and faster recovery, reduces the need for unnecessary imaging and can help patients avoid more invasive medical procedures altogether,” McAdams said.
