While I'm truly honored by the nomination, I want to say this - I did not enter this profession for awards or recognition. I chose this career because I genuinely love what I do and believe deeply in the power of growth, healing, and showing up for yourself.

The real Best of the Best are my clients. They are the ones doing the brave, behind-the-scenes work every single day. They allow me the privilege of walking alongside them in their journey, and that is something I never take for granted. Being trusted with your stories, struggles, and progress is the greatest honor of all.

This post is a little over due but at the end of last year I asked some of my clients to identify one thing they felt proud of from their journey so far ✨

The answers were powerful - big milestones, quiet growth, hard moments moved through, and strength my clients didn't know they had.

I am thrilled to announce that today marks the one-year anniversary of my private practice! 🎉 This milestone is a moment of immense gratitude and reflection.

Happy New Year! I have gained quite a bit of new followers so I thought it would be a great time to re-introduce myself. I am Samantha Garza, M.A., LPC and opened my practice in May of 2023.
I opened my practice with a goal of challenging the stigma surrounding mental health while also providing my clients with a judgement free place to heal and grow.

I am currently accepting new clients and would love to work with you. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and accept most major insurances.
