Perfect day to meal prep!❄️😋❄️

1) Protein Pancakes (I tripled this recipe for breakfast all week)

- 1 C. Cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 banana
- 1 T. Honey
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Blend well.
Add 1C. Uncooked oats
Repeat blend.
Fry over medium heat. Enjoy! 🫶🏻
