At Citizens HealthPlex, our team of degreed and certified professionals work collaboratively with
you to design a personalized exercise program to promote wellness, improve physical fitness levels or help you recover from illness and injuries. The HealthPlex includes a state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor track, indoor pool, daily fitness classes, Crossfit gym and childcare. Specialty programs include Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Pulmonary Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Massage Therapy.

💧 Lap Pool Maintenance Notice

To keep our facilities running safely and smoothly, we’re replacing a faulty pump in the Lap Pool. The pool will remain closed during this process and while the new pump cures. We hope to welcome swimmers back by Monday!
