We’re Hiring! Facility Director – Hope Ranch

Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach is seeking a strong, mission-driven leader to serve as Facility Director for our new Hope Ranch inpatient treatment center. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day facility operations
• Supervise and support direct care staff
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and program performance
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or residential settings
• Strong operational, organizational, and people leadership skills
• Experience managing 24-hour operations
• A passion for helping individuals achieve lasting recovery

We were honored to welcome Representative AJ Louderback to Hope Ranch for a recent visit and tour of the facility. During his time with us, Representative Louderback took the opportunity to learn more about how Hope Ranch will serve our region by expanding access to much-needed substance use disorder treatment and recovery services. His interest and engagement reflect a shared commitment to strengthening our community and supporting individuals on their path to lasting recovery.
