Last week was National Assisted Living Week, and we don’t want to let it pass without saying a huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff who care for the residents every single day. 💜

Last week, our Admissions Director, Tria, teamed up with Sara from Hospice of South Texas to treat the residents and team members of Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca. We had such a great time and always enjoy working together to spread smiles (and snacks)! 💙✨

🧸 Today, we had the privilege of donating teddy bears to Early Childhood Center at F.W. Gross, offering a small gesture of comfort and connection for students going through difficult times.
These bears aren't just toys—they're companions that bring a sense of safety, warmth, and emotional support when it's needed most. 💜
We’re honored to be a part of something that helps make a tough moment just a little bit easier.

Meet our spiritual support team, Chaplain Larry Green and Jennifer Gray.

Larry has served Hospice of South Texas for over 18 years, offering a calm, healing presence to patients and their families. He also leads our weekly Tuesday grief support sessions, walking alongside families as they navigate loss with compassion and care.

Jennifer began her journey with us as a CNA and now serves as a Certified Hospice Chaplain, bringing her heart and experience to every visit.

Together, our chaplains provide comfort and connection when it matters most. 🌿

What a wonderful day it was honoring our amazing senior community last week! We gathered at Blase’s Hall for a joyful celebration filled with
🎶 Live music, 🎁 A silent auction, 🍽️ Delicious food, 🎉 And of course, lots of laughs over a few competitive rounds of Bingo!

A big thank you to everyone who came out to make this day so special. Here's to celebrating our seniors—not just today, but every day! 💜
