Today marks the 41st anniversary of Hospice of South Texas®️!

What started as a local mission has grown into the region's only 5-star rated non-profit hospice, featuring the state-of-the-art Dornburg Center of Compassion®️.

From our dedicated staff and volunteers to the families who have shared their stories with us, today is a celebration of you. For 41 years, we have been the only non-profit hospice in the area, and that is only possible because of the incredible support of our South Texas community.

Thank you for being our partners in care for over four decades. While our care models have expanded and our medical expertise has reached national benchmarks, our "small-town" heart remains at the center of everything we do.
