Our 👑Crown Hospice crew has been out and about in some of our newer territories, and we had a great time meeting with the Activity Director at The Heights of Gonzales.

We believe our role goes beyond exceptional patient care, and we are proud to also provide activity that brings joy, comfort, and meaningful engagement to all residents.🧩🎨We can’t wait to get started and create special moments together!

📸 Our Community Liason, Jessica, had a great time assisting with a resident photo shoot last week at Bluebonnet Nursing & Rehab. From all the smiles to adding a little extra sparkle✨️, it was a joy to be part of such a special day, thank you for allowing Crown Hospice to be part of these meaningful !

We were glad to assist with food box distribution last week in Waelder. This meaningful outreach is made possible through the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent . Their dedication to providing essential resources makes a lasting difference for families in the communities we serve. 🥬🥔🍞

At Crown Hospice , we believe that caring for others extends beyond the bedside and it is a to support initiatives that bring hope, nourishment, and comfort to our neighbors!

Crown Hospice was honored to provide lunch and spend time visiting witha few of the administrators of Creative Solutions in HealthCare. We are grateful for the opportunity to share more about our services and to connect with the decision-makers who play such an important role in the care of their residents.💙💛

💅✨ A little pampering goes a long way! Today, our Crown Hospice team had the joy of providing some “nail therapy” with the lovely ladies at Flatonia Healthcare Center. Laughter, smiles, and a splash of color made for a truly special time. Moments like these remind us that caring for the spirit is just as important as caring for the body!

Our awesome Crown Hospice DME team spent some time yesterday at Christ's Kitchen, serving up smiles and lending a helping hand. Giving back to the communities we serve is at the heart of everything we do, and organizations like Christ’s Kitchen provide such a meaningful and much-needed service.🍽💛
