☀️ The temperatures are rising! Here are some Heat Exhaustion Safety Tips for Seniors!

✅ Stay Cool
• Stay indoors during peak heat hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Use air conditioning or fans; visit a cooled public space if needed
• Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing

💧 Stay Hydrated
• Drink plenty of water, even if you’re not thirsty
• Avoid alcohol and caffeine, which can dehydrate
• Eat light, water-rich foods like fruits and salads

⚠️ Watch for Warning Signs of Heat Exhaustion
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Rapid pulse
• Nausea or headache
• Weakness or fatigue
• Cool, clammy skin

If symptoms appear, move to a cool place, drink water, and seek medical help if they worsen.
