This time of year is GREAT for sensory exploration!
Water-Dirt-Snow-Foliage-Bubbles--Oh MY!

Here's some quick + easy ideas:

- Mud kitchen: scoop dirt into a bin, add water, and hand over shovels!

-Snow kitchen: scoop snow into a bin and provide sand toys!

-Nature Treasure Basket: take a quick walk, let child explore, & collect their favorites! Children love sorting by size, color & texture.

-Toy Car wash: fill a bin with soapy water and toy cars to scrub. Add a sponge and old toothbrush for extra fun

-Rock Washing: fill a bin with water & provide an old brush. Watch the excitement going from dirty to clean!
