🚗💺 Do you take reaching for your seatbelt for granted?

It seems like such a simple task—until tightness, weakness, or limited mobility makes it a daily struggle.

One of my clients recently shared something huge: he no longer has to twist awkwardly or reach across with the opposite arm just to grab his seatbelt. 🙌 Thanks to improved shoulder and upper body mobility, he can move with ease again.

It’s the little things that remind us how powerful mobility really is. 💪✨
