On behalf of Dwyer Workforce Development, Regency Integrated Health Services manages more than 60 non-profit skilled nursing facilities across Texas with more than 6,000 team members. Additionally, Regency Integrated Health Services manages a Medicare Advantage Plan, a Pharmacy, and a Nurse Practitioner Company.

🔍 Did you know? According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), older adults with hearing loss are three times more likely to experience falls. Hearing is essential for balance and spatial awareness, making early detection and support critical for injury prevention.

April brought growth, service, and meaningful milestones across our network... not just showers! 🌷 We proudly celebrated Occupational Therapy Month and recognized the vital work of Health Information Professionals and Administrative Professionals who keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. During National Volunteer Week, team members gave back through the America Gives initiative to continue celebrating the U.S. Semiquincentennial and to make a positive impact in the communities we serve. 💙

We also had the honor of celebrating resident wellness milestones, Journey to Wellness graduations, team member celebrations, and Nurse-Aide-in-Training graduations, while welcoming new CNAs into the field with pride and purpose.
