On behalf of Dwyer Workforce Development, Regency Integrated Health Services manages more than 60 non-profit skilled nursing facilities across Texas with more than 6,000 team members. Additionally, Regency Integrated Health Services manages a Medicare Advantage Plan, a Pharmacy, and a Nurse Practitioner Company.

January gave us a wonderful start to the new year! 🎉✨ After ending 2025 with so many special visitors and volunteers, we carried that strong sense of right into January. 💙 Our network rang in the New Year with celebrations, laughter, and meaningful time spent together with friends and family.

We celebrated patient, resident, and team member birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones, congratulated new CNAs through our paid on-the-job training courses, and recognized team members reaching their career goals while welcoming new faces to our teams. We are grateful for a month full of connection, progress, and new beginnings — here comes February! 🎉
