Staying active looks a little different for everyone — for our Assisted Living & Memory Care residents, Sit & Be Fit is a wonderful way to keep bodies moving & spirits lifted! From gentle stretches to upbeat movements set to music, these sessions help improve circulation, flexibility & balance while bringing smiles, laughter & a sense of accomplishment.

Most importantly, it’s not just about exercise — it’s about encouragement, community, & celebrating what our residents can do each day. We love seeing their determination & JOY as they participate together! ❤️

A heartfelt ‘THANK YOU’ to our friends at Crown Hospice for sponsoring our ‘King & Queen’; Harbor Hospice for providing ‘Cupid Floats’& New Century Hospice for providing yummy snacks AND helping us create such a sweet & JOY-filled Valentine’s Dance for our precious residents!❤️

From the smiles &laughter to crowning our Mercy House King & Queen, to the music, treats & time spent together, our time was filled with warmth & love. Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to gather, celebrate, &make beautiful memories together.

We’re getting into the Valentine’s Day spirit! ❤️
Our residents had such a sweet time coloring all of the different Valentine’s Day projects. From hearts to cheerful designs, creativity was flowing & smiles were everywhere!

🖍️Coloring isn’t just FUN—it’s meaningful for our assisted living & memory care residents.❤️💙💜This simple activity helps support fine motor skills, encourages self-expression, promotes relaxation & can even spark positive memories & conversation. Most importantly, it gives our residents a JOYful way to connect, create & even feel accomplished.
