Rose Goehring, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine, with a nursing career that spans more than two decades. She began her journey in healthcare as a Certified Nurse Aide in 2004, earning her Licensed Vocational Nurse credential in 2007. Driven by a lifelong passion for learning and service, she obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Victoria College in 2011, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2013. Rose went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2018.
Rose is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is also a certified BioTE® provider, with a special interest in hormone replacement therapy and comprehensive wellness care. She has practiced as an FNP for several years, caring for patients across the lifespan in both urgent care and family practice settings. Rose is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals managing both acute and chronic conditions.
With more than half of her life devoted to the nursing profession, Rose’s approach to care is rooted in a holistic philosophy that values collaboration, education, and empowerment. She strives to build meaningful partnerships with her patients, encouraging active participation in individualized treatment plans that address physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors.
In addition to her clinical work, Rose is actively involved in her local nurse practitioner community and is passionate about mentorship, professional advocacy, and advancing the role of nurse practitioners in healthcare. She is also deeply engaged in her church, where she serves in leadership and children’s ministry roles, reflecting her commitment to faith, service, and community.
Rose resides in Westhoff, Texas with her husband, Jeremy, and their four children - Hannah, Haley, Sophia, and Tucker. Outside of work, she enjoys farm life and caring for animals of all kinds, from the smallest bees to the largest cows. She treasures time spent with her family and finds joy in a life grounded in faith, service, and purpose.
