My name is Crystal Moreno, and I want to express my thoughts. I've been part of the Victorville Wellness Helpless Center from the first day they have opened their doors which was December 12th 2023. Im not here to bash this place, im not here to make their name bad. Im here to get my voice heard, and maybe some resources that was never provided to us, or jus some help because alot of us are back to square one. So i have seen the very bad, hardly any good, and no hope of getting to where i wanna be in life along with others. We had hope of jus disapoiments and so many let downs. We put my trust into a trusted foundation who have just let us down. Our program they asked of us was activly looking for work, going to school, doing classes they have offered, staying sober, going to Na, AA meetings ect.There are two non profits organizations Which is SYMBA CENTER, and HOPE THE MISSION.. Us clients have had to deal with two non profit organizations going at it to the point to where if we had a concern or have a issue they both would point fingers and eachother, and we would have to take losses because nobody knew or nobody knows whats going on. Them going back and fourth made alot of us take losses like, like our belongings being lost, No rides to important appts, some job interviews. This isnt even the half. Some of us are back to square one and are in a tent and once again in the river bottom. We know that more then half of the people never made it out the way we where promised we never where able to have the rescorces they promised us. This is only a part as we go along we will have peoples stories on here and how they have wrongfully done us.
