✨ Let’s talk about something that doesn’t get nearly enough credit: LITHIUM. ✨
Before anyone panics—no, I’m not talking about high-dose psychiatric meds. I’m talking about trace, nutritional lithium, the kind our brains were designed to have.
I’ve been diving into the book The Promise of Lithium, and y’all… it is FASCINATING. Lithium is one of the most studied minerals in brain health, and research continues to show how incredibly protective it can be for the nervous system.
