Spring reminds us that even after the longest winters, gentle beauty still finds a way to bloom.

In hospice care, we are reminded every day that life is made up of seasons — seasons of joy, seasons of change, seasons of letting go, and seasons of grace. The first day of spring invites us to pause and notice the softness around us: the warmer air, the brighter mornings, the flowers beginning again. It’s a tender reminder that even in life’s most delicate moments, there is still beauty, love, and meaning to be found.

At Community Hospice, we have the sacred honor of walking alongside patients and families through one of life’s most profound seasons. And just like spring, hospice care can bring comfort, peace, renewal, and moments of unexpected light in the midst of uncertainty.

Happy First Day of Spring. 🌷

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system that can affect movement, vision, energy levels, and daily life in unpredictable ways.

This month, we’re raising awareness, supporting those living with MS, and honoring the strength it takes to navigate each day.

Let’s lead with compassion, understanding, and encouragement—today and always.

This month, we’re taking a moment to celebrate three of the most compassionate, steady, and heart-led people on our team—our hospice social workers.

At Community Hospice, social work is so much more than a job title. It’s being a calm presence in the middle of hard days. It’s listening without rushing. It’s guiding families through tough decisions, helping with resources, offering support through grief, and reminding people they are not alone.

Thank you for the way you care for our patients and families with dignity, patience, and deep empathy. You make space for tears, you bring comfort to uncertainty, and you help carry what feels too heavy to hold.

Community Hospice is better because of you. ❤️
