IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER:

To ensure quality care and efficient scheduling, our office has implemented the following policy regarding missed and cancelled appointments:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be recorded in your file.
• If a patient no-shows or cancels late for 3 appointments, our office reserves the right to cancel all future/pending appointments and discontinue further service

We understand that emergencies happen. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our office as soon as possible!
