Together with Wynfield Park Health & Rehabilitation, Joe-Anne Burgin Health & Rehabilitation, Dawson Health & Rehabilitation, NextStep Care and CHSGa Home Health, our intake team helps ensure every individual receives the support, comfort, and services they deserve.
