Affinis Hospice–Albany stopped by the Phoebe Pulmonologist Office in Albany, GA to show our appreciation in recognition of COPD Awareness Month. The awareness color for COPD is orange, a reminder of the strength and resilience of those living with this condition. 🧡

COPD is a diagnosis that may qualify patients for hospice care, offering comfort, support, and an improved quality of life.

Team Augusta recognizes the skill, diligence and grace of the Nurse Practitioners who assist our patients. Their loving approaches provide a sense of comfort to those in their care.
This Nurse Practitioner Week, we chose to return that cozy feeling.
Our NP’s each received a simmer pot, complete with a ready-to-go starter kit, welcoming warm fall scents into their homes.
They deserve all the warmth and comfort in which they offer us!

One of the many things we are Thankful for this holiday season is our relationships with our awesome Ethica Centers, like our wonderful friends at Taylor County Health and Rehab! We celebrated their partnership with Team Columbus this morning with a delicious breakfast!

Our Augusta CCL teamed up with Medical Associates Plus to speak with the residents of At Ease Personal Care Home. The group asked inquisitive questions as they learned about the different service lines.
We believe knowledge is power. In partnering with various agencies, we better serve our community!

Affinis Hospice–Albany celebrated in the sweetest way by hosting Sundae Day at Wynfield Park Health & Rehab! It was a fun-filled afternoon of smiles, laughter, and delicious treats shared with wonderful residents and staff.

A special thank-you to the Wynfield Park Health & Rehabilitation team for welcoming us and making the day extra special!
